FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Napa, CA (May 21, 2019) – The Napa Farmers Market has hired two new staff members. Mimi Adams was named assistant market manager effective May 18 and Hylah Egeland joined the team as education director in April.

“Mimi Adams started volunteering at the Napa Farmers Market in April and quickly showed great potential for learning the complex art of farmers market management, “ says Napa Farmers Market Manager Cara Mae Wooledge. “Making the transition from the salon industry in San Francisco, she has excellent customer service skills and we look forward to the fresh perspective she brings to our welcoming market.”

Affectionately known as the “Barn Faerie,” Hylah Egeland brings years of experience in early childhood development to the market. A lifelong teacher and performance artist, Egeland is Program/Artistic Director of Wine Country Aerials, which she co-founded in 2011. Formerly, she was Program Director at Connolly Ranch Education Center for more than 15 years.

“Hylah is an incredible community talent and her creativity has already enhanced the market experience for families with children on Tuesdays,” says Wooledge.
