Instructions
- Before you start, have ALL required documentation in PDF or JPG format to upload with your application. You will NOT be able to save your progress and return later.
- Read all the information below and click “Proceed to Form” at the bottom of the page.
- You will need to upload ALL your current documents (permits, etc.) as PDF or JPG files to the online application.
- ALL vendors must download and read our Rules & Regulations
- If you need help with the application, contact us.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the NFM.
Renewal Application Instructions
- If you were a vendor last season, you will submit a Renewal Application.

- Click “Proceed to Form“
- Click “Renewal“
- Enter your email address
- Enter the Verification Code sent to your inbox
- Review and update all information
- Upload all required documents
- Click “Submit Application“
