Instructions

• Before you start, have ALL required documentation in PDF or JPG format to upload with your application. You will NOT be able to save your progress and return later.
• Read all the information below and click “Proceed to Form” at the bottom of the page.
• You will need to upload ALL your current documents (permits, etc.) as PDF or JPG files to the online application.
• ALL vendors must download and read our Rules & Regulations
• If you need help with the application, contact us.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the NFM.

Renewal Application Instructions

• If you were a vendor last season, you will submit a Renewal Application.
• Read the information below
• Click “Proceed to Form“
• Click “Renewal“
• Enter your email address
• Enter the Verification Code sent to your inbox
• Review and update all information
• Upload all required documents
• Click “Submit Application“
