Become a Napa Farmers Market Vendor

Before you start, have ALL required documentation in PDF or JPG format to upload with your application.

You will not be able to save your progress and return later.

  • You will need to upload ALL your current documents (permits, etc.) as PDF or JPG files to the online application.
  • ALL vendors must download and read our Rules & Regulations.

Renewal Application

If you are a Winter 2019 – 2020 Vendor, you may submit a Renewal Application for the April – November 2020 Season.

New Application

All other vendors, including April – November 2019 Season vendors, must submit a New Application.
